这道题的答案是C, 我的疑问是regard as 不是后面加名词吗？有加形容词的用法吗？

ragard to be 不合法。

gmat里面这种考动词短语的情况貌似是反复考的，而且as 后面到底应该加形容词还是名词不是考点，大大降低了考试难度。

下面是我又搜到的两个题，考点都是regard as:

Many scholars regard the pre-Hispanic civilizations of Peru as the most impressive in South America.
(A) regard the pre-Hispanic civilizations of Peru as
(B) regard the pre-Hispanic civilizations of Peru to be
(C) regard the pre-Hispanic civilizations of Peru to have been
(D) consider that the pre-Hispanic civilizations of Peru are
(E) consider the pre-Hispanic civilizations of Peru as

选A

Due to the critical acclaim generated by his recent exhibit, the artist is currently regarded as one of the most promising sculptors in America.

  A. the artist is currently regarded as
  B. the artist is currently regarded to be
  C. the artist currently regards himself to be
  D. many regard the artist to be
  E. currently is the artist regarded as

另外考过consider as/to be的。
根据字典解释consider +名词结构，后面可以直接加名词或形容词结构，不需要as 或to be. 但是也有这样用的，是对于regard as 的一种模仿。
但是consider短语容易造成歧义，因为consider有‘视为’和‘考虑’两层意思。
比如I consider him my brother. 意思是我视他为兄弟，
但是i consider him as my brother就有两层意思：
我视他为兄弟（实际上不是）
我考虑他，因为他是我的兄弟（实际上是我的兄弟）
所以貌似是考动词短语，其实还是考歧义。

请参考下面这道题;
Critics of the trend toward privately operated prisons consider corrections facilities to be an integral part of the criminal justice system and question if profits should be made from incarceration.
(A) to be an integral part of the criminal justice system and question if
(B) as an integral part of the criminal justice system and they question if
(C) as being an integral part of the criminal justice system and question whether
(D) an integral part of the criminal justice system and question whether
(E) are an integral part of the criminal justice system, and they question whether
答案是D

另外看到beatthegmat论坛上面有人说being在Gmat里面永远错，貌似也可以参考一下。
