大全79 ,to do ? 还是 that will?

解释里D有两个错误，1是a part of a deal 啰嗦而且有歧义，另一个是 D没有用将来时
但是我不是很明白这句话为什么不能理解成 A company has announced that it will......as part of a deal to make.....

比如 I will buy some tools to repair my bike. 不是也可以吗
即这个公司宣称他们会采购一批东西来使他们的公司成为最大。用to make 表示目的。为什么一定要理解成将来时呢？

我的方向点不一样。不知道楼主有没有看见这个DE的区别，
我觉得E的that will 是很清楚地指代了deal，
而D选项的to do 更侧重修饰that后面的这一句话，或这个整个动作。（或者说这里的todo 既可以做名词修饰deal，也可以修饰前面的动词，则有歧义）
把整句话链接起来，to do 的逻辑意思应该与that 的不同

it the largest manufacturer in the office color-printing
market.

这种形式仅仅在名词是抽象名词时正确！
Examples:
"A way to produce goods"
"A reason to try harder"
"A substance to promote X" --> WRONG! "Substance" is a concrete noun.
"A substance that promotes X" --> CORRECT!
"A tool to install the shelves" --> WRONG! "Tool" is a concrete noun.
"A tool with which to install the shelves" --> CORRECT!

这是ron大神的语法tips，说是只有抽象名词才能加to

E的that感觉就是一个修饰，附加作用，就是说”这个deal在某种意义上来，收购让这个电脑公司成为了最大的manufacturer “

对啊我知道是语义的区别，但是GMAT一般不会让一个句子和正确句子仅仅有语意的区别，一定会设置绝对的语法错误。（虽然我不知道这个讲法是不是对）

我的习惯用法很差。。所以这种时候还是要靠意思。。

不过你说的很对，有时候答案说改变语意，有时候答案却和本意不一样

今天看到了D有人这么解释

”3、D也是错误的，因为，这个涉及到反身代词的用法，在未划线部分有一个“it”，而句子的主语还是computer company，所以这个it应该是itself，那既然不是的话，说明D中的to make 是不行的。“

我的理解是，it引导的后面跟that，或者 to do。但是这个it里面代表是公司，所以不能用to do来修饰。你怎么看？

Bingo!你让我想起来manhattan里面专门关于反身代词讲了一章。现在我觉得确实这题应该用反身代词来排除。
