我的问题是，在解释B,E错误的时候，OG说should Dr. Wade be/ have been right 后头不可跟 is，那应该用什么时态呢？

这个其实不用发帖问的，百度一下就可以。Should Dr. Wade be right很明显是虚拟语气，你百度一下“虚拟语气 should”就有了。
虚拟语气表示不太可能发生的结果时，条件句中用should+动词原形，主句中用would+动词原形。此题中即使不考虑between and的固定搭配，主句也不能用一般现在时 is。
