总感觉D中的这个rate说的不清楚，这里说损失的rate，是不是对 arable lands来说的。

就是说：可耕土地的增加的比例会下降，而可耕土地损失的比例会上升。这里省略了to arable lands.

还有A中的those是不是不能指代lands，所以解释说those没有指代对象，因为没有别的复数可指代了

          B中的it是整个指代the rate of addition to arable lands所以逻辑意思错了

同意，是对arable lands来说的，相同部分省略了。
