但是困惑

1．  Which不是应该修饰country这个名词吗？那不就改变原句的意思了吗？

2．  increase from 6 percent to 10 percent its share中的from 6 percent to 10 percent是什么成份啊？

选项d中，increase in its share貌似对的。

I think B is correct

 E 中increase to B from A的表达，以及the country's book market似乎又没有B好。
