Why is there no comma between mystic and guided? Souldn't it be "he was a mystic, guided by omens"?

没有逗号，修饰对象就很明确直接修饰mystic，为什么要有逗号？

我不太理解你说bland and circumspect是两方面，不就是两个并列形容词来修饰主语吗？两个方面是跟在后面的both来说的。

而且这里的most是同时修饰bland&circumspect,所以也还是单数.并不存在什么"两方面"的问题吧?

全句又是什么意思。。我查了字典全是些什么降神教之类让人摸不着头脑的单词。。。
