Declaration of intention to study law

Has anyone ever been asked to file such a declaration at the beginning to law school, which will be investigated by the state Bar regarding the law student's  fitness and character.

On the form there's one question asking for the info. of previous employment history, but I just found out that I wrote the employment date wrong on my law school application.. .  I was wondering how serious it's gonna be if  such inconsistency appears.

Any insights would be much appreciated!
