正确选项是D。对选D没有疑问，因为其他的都有很明显的时态等错误

不明白为什么"funds they manage"里面manage不是用过去式呢？

我倒觉得就用manage比较好

因为句中并没有很明显的逻辑或是时间提示用过去式

仅仅有since 1986 用现在完成时作为解题的切入点而已

而且原句里也是用的manage而不是managed

记得XDF吴云说过 英语里的时态问题就是个炸弹 不到万不得已 不要跟时态死嗑 换点切入会更稳些

我在想那个manage应该是跟be based on 里的be时态呼应所以用了manage吧，毕竟manage属于
