请问在gmat中that能指代句子么？我有点糊涂了。

比如宾语从句的引导词that算不算指代了整个宾语从句？

再比如说这个句子：It was surprising to me that you would think of Lily like THAT.这个THAT不是可以指代像Lily is jealous of the success of others. 一个句子么？
