Can someone tell me the time difference between Beijing and the place Kellogg school locates? I did not find the description about the deadline in the instrution, only know that the deadline is 9th, Jan. Does that mean 12:00PM U.S time? Or 5:00PM U.S time? Any one applied for Kellogg can help me with this? Really urgent, thanks a lot.

不知道，各校规定不同。通常12点，但是也有5点截止的。
