MM, as many  后面漏了个as，这样的用法里as要成双出现的

有没有搞错啊。amount根本就只能用在不可数名词上，

is->less->amount

are->fewer->number

只有b在可数不可数上是一致的。one-quarter as many 就是 one-quarter of that number的意思。
