OG11的意思不是说not only...and also是正确的，我理解是表两个parallel时，单独用and also是正确的。

而且我理解，只有强调两个平行，即作用相当于not onlly..but also是，...and also..才是正确的。如果泛泛的 A和B,我认为　A and also B是wordy, open to discuss.

题目本身不难。

动词control 要优选于 抽象名词the control；“公理”，真的很好用。
