in US, this is called "Training", if you have to put in the categories you mentioned, they are the "Non-Degree Courses"

Let me tell you what normally an american will do. If these courses are offered by an accredit university, count them as Non-Degree Courses. otherwise, don't even mention it at your educatin history section
