是否早在这种情况下,首先应该排除不对称的选项?

B  应该是省略吧。

我觉得是选C呢，请NN帮忙看看

赞同选B，自己的想法：C有一个问题是That的指代，要么指代前面的fat，要么没有指代。无指代的情况肯定错。如果指代fat，那么句子的意思变成：
  wild animals 体内含的总fat比其体内的某一种fat（fat of livestock fed on grain ）要少，illogical。所以C错。

看了解释，坚定了选B，就算B有可能造成歧义，但C是比较错误，问题更大。在歧义与错误间选最优，还是歧义好点。

这个没有不对等啊, the protein in rice is higher quality than the protein in wheat, 很合理阿, 如果改成 rice has higher quality protein than that of wheat 才是和这题C的错误类似吧
