[面试经验] 发个面经回报CD Rice电面

面试形式：Phone interview

Interview lasted for 28 minutes

上来小米说话很快，根本没有把我当外国人的意思….诸如他叫啥啥啥，是Rice University的Admission counselor，问我是谁谁谁吗….

然后他说他拿到我的申请资料不久，所以对我的情况不是很了解，先一起来go through一下

1．自我介绍

2．  Would you please tell me about your tennis experience? (他看到我的cv里说是校队的成员，得过什么什么名次等等)

3．  Talk about your work experience in detail

这个问题之后他说我英文说的很好，很清楚很流利，他很impressed,之后语速又见快，更不把我当外国人了…

4．  Your short time and long time career goal and how will a MBA program help you to reach your goal

5．  Teamwork experience: your leadership experience with a team and how did you contribute to the team

6．  Other extra-curriculum activity in university

7．  What do you think is the most significant when you are in a team?

这里说着说着我就举个个例子，为了说明最优秀的选手凑一块不一定是最好的团队，说把科比、麦迪、纳什啥啥的都放一块一定是无敌吗？不一定吧~小米问你还是篮球迷吗？我说还好啦，中国人比较关注火箭队。他又说火箭刚熟了一场没23连胜~我说我知道（其实我不知道），我们很多同学前几天都熬夜到三点半看跟湖人的那场，他说oh~that’s awesome!

9．  Question to him. 我问他Rice的国际学生多不多，他们在那里生活学习怎么样

他跟我列举了Rice很多方便国际学生生活的活动和措施，说国际学生在那里生活的很舒适~

然后他主动把Email留给了我，让我有问题尽管再联系他
