it would....rivals中的it为什么指代company？因为market sales是复数，不能与之一致？

但是如果这样也可以选择A项吧，为什么一定是E？

they沒有指代對象...如果要指market sales, market sales不可以concede to rivals
再加上company是會有rivals....market sales不會

考点应该是两个, 一个是代词的指代, 一个是用词的简洁

(B)   they would have conceded previously to their rivals (THEY的指代有误)

(D)   it previously would have conceded to rivals in the past (IN THE PAST 与 PREVIOUSLY 重复)
(E)   it would in the past have conceded to rivals

被你这么一说好像有点不匹配啊。

但是我之前一直觉得销售量让步给竞争公司，这是说得通的。。。

而且这个it和所指隔得那么远，这样不会有达意不明确的倾向吗？

6th floor, previously=in the past
7th floor, 不會. 因為從句在句首&它的主語是代詞, 指代*優先*(不是絶對)考慮主句主語. LZ可以回頭看OG的句子..
