2，in the past 一般是和一般过去时连用还是现在完成时呢。因为以前见的总结是 如果 in the past单独用是与一般过去式连用，如果in the past后面接短时间（比如in the past5 years）就和现在完成时连用。可是在本题这个规则没有适用啊？

这个C选项在OG中的解释（针对我话红线的部分）是not complete verb 是不是说 v-ed如果题目是有被动的意思选项中单独出现（没有用 be v-ed）就是不完整的动词，如果v-ed作为一般过去是可以表示过的动作，就是完整的动词？
to do 在句尾可以向which跳跃指代么：S is essential items of military equipment to protect warriors(OG12---30 E选项的修改版)这里的 to protect 指代的是military equipment？还是items？ (不考虑原句的考点只看现在这个句子的情景)
