[求助]请教大家大全C-7的问题

than the simplest ideas.我选的E   看了讨论帖本题考察的是as if 和like的问题，like不能接句子，所以ABD都错，但是E呢，E有什么问题吗，在我看来E是最漂亮的选项，请大家帮忙，谢过

(A) like idiots,
talking to them like they

(B) as if they
were idiots, talking to them like they

(C) like idiots,
talking to them as if they

(D) as idiots,
talking to them like they（C）

(E) like idiots
who

我这么理解，题目中有talking to them ，你要是选E，既不要talking to them ，去掉了原来题目中的动词，那就要有充分的理由。

原来句子的意思是clients were mentally deficient and incapable ，说他的顾客的好像白痴一样，但是E的意思是说idiots were mentally deficient and incapable ，是解释白痴是什么样的，就改变了原来题目的意思

如果我做的话 第一步会想treat ....as ....这样就只有B D了...

但是刚才我百度了一下... 竟然有treat like 这个用法  谁能解释下呢在这里as和like有差别吗
