求教高手解决There be 和 Being 用法~

XDF里有“教条”说 There be+自然属性才对其他基本都错。还有 Being 基本上是错的。今天做题~今天做题发现there be 的比较用法~ 想请高手们讲解下确切的There be 和 Being 用法~ O(∩_∩)O谢谢了~！！

being大部分情况下都错的，但是在被动语态需要动名词出现的时候，being是不二选择。
For example:
Being heavily committed to a course of action, especially one that has worked well in the past, is likely to make an executive miss signs of incipient trouble or misinterpret them when they do appear.

这里的being适当做主语来用啦。。。。。确实挺特别的。。。。。
