No big difference.

Adcom interviews probably carry more weight in the admission procedure, and are probably more serious.

Alumni interviews tend to be more laid back and carry less weight.

However, it is not necessarily true. Adcom interview could be laid back too, while alumni interview could be very tough.

No matter it is adcom or alumni interview, you should be well prepared. So why bother to know the difference?

Student interview and alumni interview are almost the same; you got to let them like you and feel you will fit in this program. Don't pay too much attention to the difference between adcom/student/alumni interview. Over-analysis won't help at all. Just be yourself.
