第一题答案是神马？
第一题A中Adam Smith’s two major books 不能和前面的A figured照应吖~A figure是指人~

第二题楼上正解。两道题都是平行。
第一题考察两种平行a leading figure~~~, A ~~~ 这二者是要平行的。并且在使用A is to B what C is to D这个结构的时候A,C两者要平行。
E选项很好的兼顾了两种平行。而其他选项要么结构错，要么只考虑了一种平行。

第二题的E有两个问题：1）它破坏了未划线部分的平行结构，就是说少了because:as much because X as that Y
2)as bad后面应该有个什么，应该是as bad as what,应该是一个比较。D就没有这个问题了，so bad,so+adj.不是一个比较，可以单独用的。
