        Perhaps no issuein this world is as significant to citizens as receiving good education fromsociety which enable them to find the real beauty of life. Despite variousresponses people may have on the topic concerning the issue regarding whetherthe government should spend their money on the building of art museums andmusic performance center or on the building of recreational facilities. I,given the chance, prefer to endorse that giving easier access to the art ormusic is much more worthwhile than building so many facilities just for recreation.

        First and foremost,as we all know, art and music is a good vehicle for people to self-improve. Thatis why the artists or musicians often exude a sense of grace and charm. offeringmore money to art museums and music performance centers, the government can atleast thus provide people with many ways to torch the art and music, throughwhich citizens can unconsciously learn a lot of knowledge in the process ofvisiting these liberal art facilities. For instance, the Beijing Gugong museum,the biggest museum of China, is always an important channel for Chinese peopleto learn their 5000-long history. Likewise, the glass-covered Louvre museum isalso a pretty good example of this, which is also a historic monument where Frenchpeople even the European people usually go around to find some inspiration fromthe defunct masters.

       What’s more, itis a vicious cycle for government to put more money on the valuable facilitiesrelated to art and music, the reason lies in this behavior distills the societya spirit near to nature, a combination of truth, kind-hearted, and beauty, whichcan not only decrease the crime rate, but also increase the level of quality ofsociety. Here is a case in point, a recent scientific research said there is a positiverelation between the education level o f one person, which is a vital factor tojudge a person’s quality, and the knowledge volume of art and music. And thetwo has a effect to stimulate each other.

       On the otherhand, recreational facility is a little bit like the hygiene factor, which isone of the two factors of the two-factor theory advanced by Herzberg. Moderate numbersof this recreational facilities is obviously useful for people to relieve theirstress, whereas too many these facilities may lead people to spend much limitedtime on this meaningless or just-for-fun activities, which have a adverse influenceon the society.

       After ruminatingthose three above-mentioned reasons, I am fully convinced that citizens deserveto own more ways to access these spirit food. Anyway, it will be a cleverchoice for government to spend more money on art museums and music performance centerrather than recreational facilities.
