正确答案D         请问为什么用if not most？？          而且问什么用的都是would？

1.没有逻辑主语问题的情况下，尽量不要用被动语态

2.因为她的believe是一种猜测，所以用would。if not most是一个习惯性的插入语。likely most 和 and even most不能作为插入语
