hi, buddy, i can't agree with u. the reasons r:
1, 'what it claims' here is object, u don't want to use ' is' afterwords. However, 'is' will be acceptable if 'what ti claims' is a subject. eg. 'what US claims is MDW in IRAQ'
2, 'which' modifies 'cam', not 'in the world', which is adv. clause

Thanx, agree with your first point.
Point 2. according to sentence meaning, "which" here is definitely used to modify "camera", but in Gmat, it should, with some exceptions, modify the noun it immediately follows---here the "world"--sounds ridiculous.
another problem in B is what is "weighing less than...", of course the camera. but in B it seems the handheld computer, or the whole sentence, is weighing less than 11 ou
