所以留下c和d
c 不符合语法 :p

可是A也符合并列结构啊: smoking increases..., can complicate..., and increases..., A 错在哪里了呢?

短语之间的并列结构用“，”隔开
分句之间要用and表示并列阿

还有一个不同之处，
increases the risk of lung diseases, including lung cancer and emphysema, 和 can complicate pregnancy by increasing the risks of low birth weight 并列

不是
increases the risk of lung diseases, including lung cancer and emphysema
can complicate pregnancy
increases the risk of low birth weight
这三个并列，

因为 increasing the risks of low birth weight 才导致 complicate pregancy
是因果关系，不是并列关系

这是OG的158题, 虽然考点不一样, 可是原句的主句用的就是我有疑问的那个用法: ...consume..., drive..., and use..., 这就是在用动词并列成分, 第二个动词drive前面用的是",". 好像问题不是出在这里吧?
