请问using……是做executives的状语修饰成份吗？如果是这样那么"and,"的作用如何理解？还有examine和decide同做谓语，不是有问题了吗？

examine 和decide同做谓语，没有问题阿 这是同一人发出的两个动作嘛！！

比如：she came in and sat down.

这道题可以这么选择：首先E肯定错有in their use 又they dicide，重复啰嗦。

BC选项都犯了“改变句子核心主位宾”的错误。因为这两个句子里decide不做谓语动词了

所以BC错

and连接的是并列的结构，若decide前有can，则examine也要有can。A错
