本来我也觉得只有B的语法比较完整,但感觉A应表达一种正在消失的状态,那么用B的完成时态不就改变原意了吗

我觉得选项里出现have appeared就是错，因为题本意是这些物种已经灭绝了，那“appeare”这个动作怎么可以持续到现在呢？只能用一般过去时。
