宾语从句中的that不是不能省么?~~~~~~一道prep-crack题

我选了B,,,虽然当时觉得A也挺达意的,但是发现A中"it was said"后面直接加句子了,,,这个应该也算宾语从句吧,,,我觉得它后面不应该把that省掉啊~~~~~~请NN指点!

宾语从句中THAT是一定要加上的.

哥哥,,,我问的是"主"语从句中的that啊~~~~~~~~~~

就是说,,,我以前说话的时候常说"It is said that..."可是这个句子中没有了that了,我觉得一下子没了引导词的感觉下面的话说不下去了,,,可是答案又是这个,那么能否说明这个"主"语从句的that也可以省略的呢?
