MICHIGAN面试问题

MICHIGAN面试是普遍面试，也不看简历。那它一般问什么问题？我们该怎么准备呢？不知版主是否知道。

另外，除了MICHIGAN,还有其它学校也是这样的要求吗？

Michigan and Kellogg require their candidates complete interviews before they begin to review applications, but they do need their candidates send resumes to them before an interview starts.

The difference between them is Kellogg do not offer interviews until you submit your first part of application.

我做过Michigan的alumnus面试，问题非常常规，没有刁难人的问题。都是什么why mba, why us, leadership之类的。

我去年做telephone interview，一个二年级的学生连续让我举三个conflict in work的例子，除此之外都是比较常规的问题，如飞雪所说。
