我感觉选E,to be 应该表示将来.请高手指点

应该选E吧。我查了一下字典，没有date to be + time的用法,只有sth. be动词 dated to + 时间.C应该把have been dated to be 中的be去掉才对。

的确是E，有另外一道GWD为证：不管是哪个答案，用的都是DATED AT
