If you want returns only in a short term, say about 5 years, then have MBA in China is a senseible choice. But what MBA means to us is not only the money returns. The international exposure, the huge network worldwide, the sharp communication skill, and even the suffering months at the beginning when most of us come to the US, are all priceless. This is an investment to life, not only to a job. 1) huge network worldwide? How many people would be still useful to you after you came back to China? Very few would still remember you! 2) sharp communication skill? why couldn't you train yourself skills in China? 3) suffering month? why bother suffering yourself when you can have an easy life 4) international exposure? many local schools like CEIBS can exchange students to overseas, high percentage of international students in the class, not enough? 5) long-term return? how could you be sure from today's point of view? The bottom line is, I am comparing with International schools locating in China such as CEIBS, CK instead of "local Chiense schools" ..... |
