In today's world, to speak well is more important than to write well. Agree or disagree.

As the world becomes smaller and smalller due to the process of globalization, it becomes more and more important that everyone learns how to write. If one is to keep ip with the fast pace of the world, literacy skills are of utmost important.

Technology is expanding at an ever-increasing rate. Computers, and the Internet, have become commen terms in almost all nations in the world.If one wants to be able to communicate with others using this efficent method, one must be able to learn the basic of writing. The objiects we have in our home are also becoming increasingly more complicated. For instance, if one wants to get some free tryout, he/she has to fill some forms. What is more, you are required to rewrite a letter to inform the company of the effect.

As mentioned above, the world is becoming much smaller. More people are findingit necessary  to leave their homes in samll towns and villiages, moving to the big cities where there is more opportunity. Some of these people find it quite diffiicult to navigate around the city, as one must know how to read in order to understand the street signs. If one cannot find the place where one has to report to work, it would be very difficult to make a living. The worst thing is one is in emergency ill in a hospital, he has to find the doctor who is professor on this kind of ill. If he cannot read the instrution of every doctor, he will under great risk.

Finally and perhaps most importantly, being able to write gives us the opportunity to think for ourselves. We can talk on net to communicate with different guys around the world. Through the communicate on line, we will examine the way we live and think.

As has been noted, I think the skills of reading are of vast importance, no matter where one lives in the world. The world population will continue to grow, and the only way to keep ahead is to learn to write.
