这题不读题意，我觉得确实不好选，但B肯定不对，省略了一个动词，加了一个should，太惊心触目了，我觉得A和D可以PK一下，A用了so that，是递进的表达，仔细体会，有那么一点牵强，D比较平和地使用where，自然的引出下一句，但实话实说，这题要是在考场狭路相逢，我就会牺牲的。

我不懂Belong in的用法，似乎这题也不考这个用法。我比较懒，对不起楼主了。

其实。。。我就是觉得“social work education belonged in the university”这个讲法好诡异：（
