答案是A，可以理解，可是其他选项到底是怎么错了感觉很混乱，请求牛牛指点

b选项句子重心改变了，c选项中的which引导了red wine,是不对的。d选项中的with后面的一堆，其逻辑主语变成了they，也是改变句意了。e选项这里的主语又变成了risk同样改变了句意，我们说在变动最小的选项中选择答案，前提是不能改变句意。

刚刚又看了og 的解释，好像主要是从red mine和consumption的关系解释的

这里articular red wine是想修饰consumption
但是consumption is red wine? 显然不合逻辑
所以改为consumption OF red wine
另一个小错误就是they 离指代次太远了
