In my opinion, most people come to museum to obtain knowledge and to relax themselves. Also, some others visit museums just for fun. Museums provide people with knowledge of virtually every subject. In museums, the learning experience is different from reading or studying for it is more interesting and fascinating. Obviously people tend to accept a certain subject more easily with images than simple words. One may willingly remember the names of dissimilar dinosaurs if he sees their skeletons straightly. Additionally, the notion about the stunt and wisdom of ancient craftsmen can hardly fade away from memory after watching exhibitions of delicate antiques. By offering learners images and concrete subjects, museums make educational experience more thrilling thus to attract a large number of people. What is more, museum can be an excellent place for relaxation, too. Idling in the museum is a good escape from stress and intense relationships of modern society. Just imagine that one spend the whole afternoon strolling around the museum, roaming from the bottom storey to the top and from ancient artwork to modern sculptures. He may settle back into a deep armchair for a rest or sitting inside a small restaurant to enjoy delicious food. Inevitably, he leaves the museum fresh and content. In consequence, with its quiet circumstance and capacious space, museum serves as a wonderful place for relaxation to some people. Finally, some people visit the museum just for curiosity. They wish to see something they have never seen before. To them, famous paintings and gorgeous sculptures are always attractive. Though they know nothing about the exhibits and are actually not interested in the concerning fields, they feel a sense of satisfaction after visiting the museum. And it is this sense that draws them to museums.
