My question is:

选C后逗号的作用:...;she has lived in England and Canada

这里加逗号是不是为了避免语法错误呢?　

如果不加逗号::...lived in England and Canada and (has) first came to the United States in 1961 to study at the Iowa Writers' Workshop.

会不会感觉好象省略了has而有语法错误呢?  has done...and has done...结构可以省略第二个has吗？

用逗号是为了在句子结构上与分号前面的句子平行吧
