C的as seen什么？肯定是rate了。C错.on earth位置第一反应是看不出来的，现在反应出来也是马后炮，考试照看不出来

我还是有个问题啊

即使是选项E，the rate和as seen之间也隔了一段距离呢。况且as seen也可以作为状语修饰the rate吧？这样一来C在这点上不能说不对啊。不知道我哪儿理解得错了，多指教！
