我申请的时候死活看不懂这段话的意思，请各位帮忙看看。
Official academic records must be in the original language. If the original language is not English, then you must also provide a literal translation from the issuing institution. Translations from the embassy or consulate of the country, or its designated agent, are acceptable if the institution will not provide a translation. English versions of the documents that interpret or translate marks, grades or degrees into U.S. equivalents are not acceptable.
什么是official academic records？看来看去，应该不是指成绩单。如果是学历学位证明，也不可能就直接给学校邮寄原版啊？是不是指学历学位证明复印件的original english?搞不懂，烦请各位看看。

all of these are official, not original.

ask your school to present all of these document.

first in chinese and then in english.

就象joyoni说的那样，你就把成绩单和学位证的official copy寄去，不是原件。

这个学校要求你提供官方的成绩单也就是学校的成绩单。如果不是英语，你就要翻译，翻译只能在指定的机构或者大使馆之类的地方，否则就不接受。
