大家给点意见，如何回答：What is the difference between leader and manager？
还真不知道区别？

前一阵子一篇GMAT的阅读机井对这个问题有很深刻的剖析。
我觉得leadship是一个内在的素质，通过天生的性格和自身的阅历磨练形成的，但无法通过简单的课程学习获得；management是一种把事情管理的井井有条的能力，可以通过系统学习和实践获得。

这个问题是见仁见智的，当然没什么标准答案。
我说的文章是9月份GMAT阅读机井中妇女领导岗位那篇。

Leader leads a team with group cohesion. he/she doesn't have to have authority to control his/her group members, however, he/ she could maximize everyone's potential to benefit the group； drive the intrinsic motivation of his/her group members； make his/her group to accompolish shared objectives by supporting each other.
Manager has the authority to take charge of evey group member. There may or may not have cooperation within his or her group.
