一个关于定语从句的问题

n. of n.形式一般中心词就为第一个n.  that就修饰中心词。

但有时需要结合句子的逻辑意思来分析。如：

一位NN给我的回复是：n1 of n2 that，that修饰n1 n2都是可以的，通过that后面的单复数和逻辑来判断。
