The interviewer is a SY student. She is very nice. She tells me that it is an informal interview and she just wants to know me by this approach. The interview last about an hour. I felt it is a very pleasant conversation.

The questions:
    

1. Career path.
2. Long term and short term goals.
3. Why MBA and why now?
4. Why Duke MBA?
5. A leadership experience.
6. What kind of leadership style do you have and why?
7. What would you do if a participant in your team does not contribute or always delays the work?
8. What is your strength and weakness?
9. What kind of courses will you take for your career goals?
10. What B-schools did you apply and why?
11. What do you usually do?

I think it is very important to be yourself and ensure that your answers make sense.
