急问：关于UCI的口语考试！

收到UCI的conditional offer，但要求在6月15号之前通过口语考试（IBT或雅思），否则就不发I－20，奖学金也没有了。这个口语要求还挺高的（IBT口语部分要求要超过26分，雅思口语部分要超过8分），还没怎么准备呢，怕考不过。

板上有人也面临相同的情况吗？

能不能告诉我应该怎么办啊？

If you have other good offers, reject this one.

If you don't have, accept it and take the exam ASAP.

If cannot pass the exam, you still can get admitted, but just cannot get assistantship immediately. You may need to take the exam again after you join the program.

To stoffer: Do you know if I can't pass the exam in China, whether I can get the assistantship later after I join the program and pass the exam in U.S?

I have another one from Drexel University. I think it is worse than UCI. Drexel required me to make the decision by Mar 19th. So I face a very difficult dilemma!

Besides, the program in Drexel is decision science while it is IS in UCI. I heard that IS face some difficulties these years. So I don't know how to choose between them.

UCI's requirement on language is really kind of ridiculous. But it is its policy. Stoffer's solution is quiet comprehensive. 

"否则就不发I－20". Without I-20, how to get a visa to US???
