这题看不懂啊，答案是C，可是既然是in the last century，怎么还能用完成式呢，怎么说也得过去是把？
还有D有什么问题阿

既然在 in the last century用了现在完成时，.那么现在怎么还用现在完成时呢？
C对。因为现在完成时有从过去延续到现在的意思

如果是C的话，那么补完全就是

意思是，在上一个世纪里没有改变
不是这一个世纪阿，过去完成式才说得过去吧？

看看前面有说 recent election ，所以就有从过去延续到现在的意思啊
