我感觉D有歧义，如果是D选项，逻辑就变为，法国的77%能源来自nuclear power, 而只有33%来自德国的nuclear power

in germany可能修饰前面的nuclear,句子产生歧义

而且应该是 the energy produced in France与the energy produced in Germany里面由nuclear来cover的比例来比较.因此选项C结构上也更平行.
