   这道题答案是E。一开始可以用逻辑关系排除ABC，但是D的主语是the rate，不是更对应后面的the failure rate吗?

   怎么反而错了呢? 请各位大侠帮我指点一下。         

所以说以while来进行比较时，比较的对象不需要严格要求一致啰?(如E)

因为我知道以like来进行比较时，比较的对象需要严格一致的。

应该是D吧，主句的主语是the failure rate ，那么while 后的比较应该也是“rate”才是啊？
