答案选a。为何？it 不应换做ethnicity?

predict得用虚拟语气巴，省略that以后结构听清楚地，c显然太罗索。
it的确是指代ethnicity不过这里用it没有什么歧义的，所以应该没问题
还请nn指点这样的思路对不对
