I just checked the school's website and found out that I am wrong, anyone apply by the first 3 rounds should be considered for scholarship. If you are ready, absolutely give a try. Judging from what you told, you are very competitive.
Thanks uiber, I have already given up trying. I emailed the school about the third round application, they emailed back but did not answer my questions, they asked me to look at the website. No offense, but I heard a lot of negative comments on this school.
The school encourages international students to apply by Dec 15. So I suppose international students do not have big chances to get in in R3.
but i ensure you that i received mail from adimission office saying that applying before feb 1 will be good for schorlarship qualification. you still have time try. in fact, i think as long as you are confident with yourself, you can always try! trust me.
