本来想改改的,不过实在改不来,我是第一次写这种不正统式的文章,也不知道自己到底写的符不符合要求,不行的我就还像以前那样写了 Do you agree or disagree: Drivers should pay fee if they drive the cars in the day when the traffic is heavy.
Currently, the traffic congestion is progressively posing a threat to people's life. It is a quite common phenomenon that during rush hours the vehicle hardly moves a block forward after several hours’ waiting. Therefore, many people insist that people who drive when the traffic is heavy should be charged for a certain amount of money. In my opinion, this won't work as effectively as proposers previously anticipated
It is noticeable that the volume of automobiles is astonishingly mounting up. There must be some reason for this boom. The most obvious one, I think, is the desire to better one’s life, which is the nature of humanity. Owning a private car has just fulfilled their demand to a large extent. Since the convenience of the automobiles is the main factor drivers consider, they would not abandon this convenience. Even if we charge for fees from the drivers who drive when the traffic is heavy, the ones who are able to afford the fees readily won't care much about the fee, and more often than not, they would ignore the reason for charging. Rather, they consider it an extra fee to boasting this vehicle, just like the maintenance fee. I don't think it will work effectively to ease the serious situation of the traffic congestion. Whenever the government makes a decision about the citizens, there are many aspects to be taken into account. This regulation is no exception. Governments are concerned about the feelings of the citizens in most dimensions, because their final mission is to serve the public. If the plus money will arouse the complaints of the public, I don't think government will take the risk of bringing it into effect. However, the possibility that the decision of charging an extra fee induces this unexpected situation is fairly high. I can illustrate my reasons as follows. There are many people living between hard and rock, and maybe they struggle to purchase this car, hoping it will ameliorate their daily lives. But all of a sudden, the government imposes a fee on them, which they may consider unjust. They may even miscomprehend that only the rich are allowed to drive the cars in heavy traffic jam, who are the only ones able to pay for the fee without misery. This is not an agreeable consequence. Considering of all the above aspects, I deem it better for the governments to take other measures instead of charging for fees from the drivers. For example, they can build other public transportation like subways. If enough public transportations are built and taking public transportation is as convenient as driving cars on their own, more and more people will join in the group of taking subways instead of purchasing private cars. Moreover, widening the road is a good method alike. If the roads are wide enough to hold the automobiles, the traffic congestion can be eased as well, and the fee can be avoided.. Fees, just like I mentioned above, can not reach the outcome like people expect. Therefore it is wiser to abandon this measure. 请大家指点一下啊!!
