It would be very dangerous if you are interested in law just because you find some people earned a lot of mony and/or read some novel from Grisham. May be you should read some pre-law text to find if you really have interest and/or talents in this area.
Thanks for your advice. But I definitely know where I am heading for. In the meantime, I assume that a large portion of the law school applicants are financially-driven to some degree. Law school applicants are among the biggest student bodies in the United States. I don't think they find it dangerous just because they want a decent and well-paid job. That is the starting point for most people. But that doesn't deny their motivation to do something they beyond the paycheck.
