The speaker, Prof. Steven DeKrey, is currently the Associate Dean and Director of MBA, EMBA and IEMBA programs at the HKUST Business School. He has spent many years on observing leaders in business and studying the essential traits of leadership. Prof DeKrey holds an MBA degree from Northwestern Kellogg school and a PhD from University of Iowa.

Delivered along with an Introduction to the HKUST Full-time MBA Program.
